Diversified Thermal provides a 2-hour response time to all Emergency Service requests 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This service has been an integral part of our business since inception in 1990.

Centrifugal Chiller Services
Our Chiller Team is comprised of some of the industry’s elite mechanics with extensive hands on experience and training with all the major manufacturer’s equipment. Their expertise includes but is not limited to complete overhauls of all manufacturer compressors, installation and retro-fit of variable frequency drives, re-tubing of coolers and condensers, and comprehensive annual services and inspections.
